We're currently seeking an ambitious and self-driven Chief Marketing Officer to become a pivotal business driver, lead our marketing efforts and launch an exciting new global software product. While a passion for poker is beneficial, you don't need to be a poker pro. We'll provide comprehensive training to familiarize you with the world of flops and turns during your onboarding process.
Key responsibilities:
- Define, develop, and execute a comprehensive global performance marketing strategy, with a strong focus on our key markets: the US, Brazil, Europe, CIS, and China.
- Drive significant growth in brand awareness, lead generation, conversions, and the overall user acquisition funnel within the first year.
- Skillfully manage the marketing budget, allocate/invest funds wisely, and consistently achieve the best possible ROI.
- Provide oversight for all aspects of our marketing operations, including market research, brand development and positioning, influencer and affiliate marketing, display ads, email workflows, and communications across various channels.
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with poker influencers to broaden our reach and impact.
- Revamp and enhance our affiliate marketing strategy, identifying new partners and evaluating the impact of those who already support us.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify insights and recommend areas for optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and developers, offering new market insights, proposing valuable improvements and features, and actively participating in updating the company's product strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with a proven record of conducting successful marketing campaigns. Experience in launching a global software product from scratch is required.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, performance marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Self-driven and proactive personality, with the ability to quickly learn.
- Proficiency in interpreting large amounts of data and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A solid understanding of customer and market dynamics in the US, Brazil, Europe, and CIS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including C1 in English.
